I'm 25 currently Working in a Executive Tavern due to the Crash of the economy. I cook for a living. Went to Culinary school out in Pasadena Ca, got my A.O.S. with a restaurant management degree. Use to have my own restaurant, as well as Catering Business out in Huntington Beach CA and Las Vegas NV, Due to prices of gas at the time i had to sell my Rig which was a 35 foot truck and trailer with a professional full blown kitchen which i put to use to for high end catering and private VIP parties for Doctor and Lawyers in their personal houses. Also spent some time being a personal chef for about a year, and catered a upscale rehab center for 8 months (never again) But looking forward to getting back into the fine dining aspect of the world.

I think at some point we all say we should have stayed in school. I don't know though, I have done ok with a good job, benefits and retirement. Plus I have all (well, most of) the toys I need and my family is happy.
