Well today i took out some weight from the dash, not much but alil. Took out the heater core, pass airbag and some wires. Prob around 25 lbs in all maybe. Dont have a good scale. I would love to get a grinder to the dash and cut out some of the metal thats in there. Next will be the things in the door. Who needs power windows.

Does the passenger airbag just pop off when you remove clip ?

Its 2 bolts in the back and then it comes out through the front. Im gona cut the brackets off so i can glue back the panel. But the air bag weighs a good amount of everything. Then the heater/ac motor weighs like 8 or 10 lbs maybe.

No problem Jose, I remember running across those a while back and this thread reminded me of it. Simple solution to save some work and messing with hacking airbags.

I have a better solution. Just cut the pass airbag panel from the airbag and glue it on cuz thats what the thing upr sells and the steering wheels just get a racing wheel. Thats it.

So with taking out the rear bumper support and air bag and heater core. I weighed it and its about 50 lbs all together. So now with like 1/4 tank of gas and with a lighter seat and with me in it itll weigh less then 3000 lbs awesome. I weighed the rear wheels they are 40 lbs each.
