well, just picked up my car from a local costumizing shop, installed a spec 3 on the cobra and the pedal efford was so light i could not believe it.. installed the same spec 3 on a 97 gt and was so hard but since i had this clutch i decided to go ahead and install, now im waiting on the break in period to see what she can do...i wished i had the money to swap all the input shaft and sleeve but the mechanic said everything looked fine. he also was a bit tired,he said it was a pain in the %$^ to drop the tranny, he ended up charging me 100 buck more than what he quoted me but oh well, as long as he did a good job cant complain...

LOL
I had the same experience with my DFX clutch. It's 1/3 of the pedal effort as the stock clutch... with 200% more grip!

I asked the mechanice if the pedal was harder and he told me he didnt drove it before the clutch install, but then after, i can hear the blower whine...of course he was not releasing the clutch cause of the break in period, but it feels really weird that the clutch is not as hard, feels like my gf cobalt ss in pedal efford...crazy uh...

Yep.. I actually stalled my car as not only was the pedal effort SO easy... but the new clutch was SO aggressive it INSTANTLY stalled when I tried to drive it for the first time. LOL
It still amazes me how stiff the stock clutch is in an '03/'04 Cobra. Even the carbon kevlar Viper clutch in my R is easier than a stock Terminator clutch! LOL

lol, the flywheel needed some resurfacing due to hot spots, he said next time to replace for sure..he also said the tob had some rust on it and the pilot broke in 2 pieces when taking it off..
Spec 3 here as well, and its a soft pedal vs the cobra clutch i had before lol
